18m SP pilot looking for nullsec/WH corp for industrial, PVE and occasional PVP

I have been playing since '09 and have done mostly hisec in that time. Lots of mining and mission running like so many others. My limited 0.0 experience to date has mostly consisted of a bunch of drama and dozens of pilots sitting around in station, something I can do in hisec just as easily without the hassle of moving my stuff. I am looking to migrate to either nullsec or WH space to add challenge to what I liked doing already. I would certainly like to learn more about PvP, I can fly the right ships with the right fits but I lack the experience to take advantage of them, kind of like a blind guy in a Porsche. I see a lot of ads claiming to be willing to train new PvPers but that hasn't really panned out.

I am far more interested in flying with interesting, mature people who are looking for fun than people who are just looking to pad their kill stats and phatten their wallet. Those things are nice but not my primary purpose in the game. I consider myself the consummate team-player, the social interaction and community is what makes EVE enjoyable and being a jerk or a megalomaniac makes the game unpleasant for everyone. These are make-believe spaceships in a make-believe universe and I am only interested in flying with people who have a firm grasp on that reality.

I am able to fly fully T2 fitted Hurricanes and Drakes for PvP and (mostly) T2 fitted Ravens for PvE. I should be ready to fully T2 fit a Maelstrom within about a week. Also able to field Scimitar, Minnie HAC, etc. On the mining side I can fly Hulks and Orcas at present and have decent leadership skills. I live in the U.S. Eastern time zone and am on mostly in the evening and on weekends.

I am not looking for a primarily hisec corporation. I already have a great group I have been flying with in hisec (Midnight Elites, MIEL) and if that was what I was looking for I would stay right there. If your corporation fits the description above and you have room for a 40 year old pilot who is presently far more dangerous to himself than anyone else but eager to learn, please leave a comment or send mail in-game.

Black Nova Corp. seeks players of all skills and professions. We are looking to recruit people, not accounts.

Black Nova Corp. is made up of pilots who are mature, professional, and team oriented.

We live in 0.0 and are involved in PVP everyday.

Much of our success lies in its discipline and organization. We recruit people, not accounts, and the result is a very close-knit group of players who put their ships on the line for each other daily, and who dedicate their time to helping Corp-mates with no expectation of payment in return. BNC operates under a semi-socialist system, with money making operations for the Corp periodically throughout the week, and small to large PvP operations happening nightly.

We currently seek:
SKILLED combat pilots. Note that skill! = skill points.
-DEEP SPACE PILOTS. We need those with 0.0 experience, BNC is for fast learners.
-Anyone with dedication, big ideas, and the drive to succeed.

Compulsory Requirements:
-10mil SP+
-TEAMSPEAK. Microphone is required.
-English language is a must.
-Be a PvP focused pilot.

Secondary Requirements:
-Use of out of game forums.
-Adequate weekly play time.
-Mature, professional conduct.
-Ability to follow instructions
