They might not be WH based, due to the logistical challenges that it presents for capital industrial ships, but thanks to the incoming nerfs to drone regions and reprocessing fodder from missions, hi sec mineral prices are spiking, which means you can get around the same ISK amount, along with a massive increase in safety.
