Are they doing anything outside of the rules?

If yes petiton it.

agreed, goons think that no one can stand up to them but if we get enough signatures then ccp will have to do somethingaboot them

After all, you're not behaving like normal people — normal people don't try to get legitimate players thrown out of the game for absolutely no reason whatsoever and normal people do not exhibit the kind of obsession/paranoia you do.

No, they don't. If you get enough signatures, CCP will have to do absolutely nothing until the goons break the rules (well, except maybe ban a few people who can't stop spamming these kinds of threads).
