Bang out a coherent and succinct argument. Mail it to each CSM member, let them know you're available to discuss it further when it's convenient for them.

I mean, it makes sense and affects a LOT of players, right? That's the whole purpose of the CSM, to act as a conduit for good ideas and valid concerns from large sections of the playerbase.
