1) SOMER Blink is not run by CCP
2) Blink has there own support service.
3) Email the corp "SOMER Blink" INGAME and they will help you.

API pull isn't perfect and takes time. Preauth's are busy during celebrations.

15 minutes passed from the time you say you sent it, to the time your post is at. API is every 30 minutes. Be patient.
