Just because your subsystems are level 5 does not make you a *perfect* tengu pilot. You engineering skills arent maxed, your missile skills arent maxed. 5bil is overpriced.

thanks for your lovely input but as far as tengu's NEED to go this guy is pretty nice.

Missile skills are decent with it specc'd for HM's.

I agree with you on the fact that it needs 1 or 2 skills to 5 but its probably less than 2 months training.

As for price, this is a very average price for a tengu toon atm. I have seen alot worse pilots go for alot more money than the b/o
