WTB - Skilled LOGI pilot

Looking for a focused LOGI pilot. I do not need or want all kinds of combat, Indy, Spaceship Command, Science, or other unrelated skills aside from what is shown below. What I am seeking should not require more than 15m to 25m SP tops.

MUSTS:

  • Logistics 5
  • Amarr Cruiser 5, one other race cruiser (prefer Caldari) to 5.
  • Energy Emission Systems 5
  • Remote Armor Repair Systems 5
  • Shield Emission Systems 5
  • Positive Sec Status, No Kill Rights, "decent" name.
  • Core Engineering Skills to 5 (Energy Grid, Energy Systems, Energy Management)

Other "core" skills to at least 4 or 5 (Electronics, Navigation, Drones).
Scanning and CovOps skills are pluses.
