Looking to buy a fleet booster toon.

This toon will be used for boosting only, so additional skills PVP/PVE skills are not required. They should have all the leadership/cybernetics skills trained up to allow full use of mindlinks. Skirmish and Siege warfare are critical, information and armor are secondary.

Would be willing to do a little training on the toon, but not a huge amount.

Budget is undecided yet, but I'm not looking for 100m+ SP toons.
