Seems every now and then I get some issue that causes EVE or my computer to run wonky or not at all. I can never figure it out so I end up asking for help everywhere I can think of. In the end, it's almost always some other program or a bad windows file/setting/driver conflicting with other things and EVE isn't at fault at all, yet it's generally the tech support guys at CCP who are actually able to help me with my problem so I can identify and fix it.

So I just want to give a shoutout to all you hard working tech support reps! So sorry for wasting your time with outside issues, but many thanks for all the help!! Without you guys I would not be able to continue playing EVE!!
