What's on YOUR overview?

No, I am not trying to log your keys (oh god, those days were horrible)...

But what sort of information do you show on your overview? I.e. what are your tabs and columns.

I use the following tabs:
1) Normal - shows all ships, stations, cynos and stargates
2) Neuts - Shows all ships, probes, cynos and filtered to show neuts only
3) Travel - shows all stations, POCOs, stargates, stars and cynos
4) Drones - shows all drones
5) Structures - shows all POS structures


I use the following columns:
1) Icon
2) Distance
3) Name
4) Type
5) Velocity
6) Radial Velocity
7) Angular Velocity

I have found radial velocity particularly useful - especially when cloaked at a gate camp.

My overview displays all distances as complex numbers.

Things are only impossible until they are not.

I have 15 different overviews each used depending on the circumstances.

I somehow disabled it and now flying around manualy, searching a station. But nothing and none is there Cry

For PvP: Normal, Ships only (not blue/in fleet), Drones only (not blue/in fleet), GTFO (self explanatory) and Gates Only
When carebearing, Normal, NPC ships, LCOs, Wrecks and Gates

The default columns + Transversal, plus I moved velocity to the left of the name/type.

Travel - shows Stations, Stargates, Acceleration Gates and Pirates

Tactical - shows Mission NPCs, Pirates, Players classed as red

Spec - like Tactical plus Wrecks, Containers and miscellaneous mission specific things

Industrial - like Travel plus Asteroid Belts and Asteroids

Omni - shows everything

Off of the top of my head; Gates, Stations Structures / Player Ships (w/ Probes with D-Scan in active overview) / Drones / Celestials and other Warp references / Phat Loot.

Toggle NPC overview on the fly if I need it.

I usually have

all hostiles
hostile light tackle
friendly capitals
ratting with wrecks
ratting w/o wrecks

but change around as needed.

my advice is to get yourself a comprehensive overview pack and then modify it and add to it to make it fit your needs.

I've always wondered why it is called a Sun in the overview settings and a Star in space.
Also what is the difference between a sentry gun and a protective sentry gun?

Scanner probes always on overview. Always.

normal - A bit of everything
pvp - all player ships except fleet, gates, probes
