She Can Fly Gallente Transport ships With the Cov ops cloak and can fit T2 cargo expanders / inertial stabs.
She Can do some basic planetary interaction.
She can Fly Gallente Freighters.
She can Use Cynos - so she will double up as a cyno alt.
She also has some basic Trade skills.
