Player Features and Ideas Discussion

Capsuleers,

Most games have an "off topic" forum section where the
player communities may discuss a wider range of things,
which may or may not be relevant to the game. These
are typically no-holds-barred sub forums.

Evident in the high frequency of locked posts in the general
discussion section due to "Not relevant to EVE General
Discussion." Players obviously wish to communicate things
within the eve community, but are perhaps confused as
to which is the proper sub forum.

If we wish to continue building a proper internet community
here in Eve, then we need to have an outlet for ALL
manner of topics. Many "off topic" posts find their way
into general discussion simply because there is not
anywhere else to place it.

Easy fix- introduce an OFF TOPIC sub forum.
