I'm sure this has been done on Sisi before, can someone post results of which has won before? I'm having a stupid argument

Both of them get armor rep bonuses.

One of them gets a cap bonus allowing it to rep forever in a energy xfer circlejerk. The same one of them gets resist bonus making incoming RR more effective.

The Nyxes won because that much concentrated ugly at the staging POS made the Aeons all self destruct.

You take that back!

Elements of the past and the future combining to make something not quite as good as either.

*puts on EFT warrior hat*

With all level 5 skills and pure officer gear...
100 Nyxes pumps out about 1 million DPS. 100 Aeons will do about 800k.
Each Aeon has about 25+ million EHP (with 90+% resistances across the board) while the Nyxes average around 18 to 20 million (with 89+% resistances)... and this is before leadership bonuses are applied.

The Aeons have capcaitor transfer bonuses so they can rep each other at range and can hypothetically maintain remote reps for longer while being spread out... but the Nyxes can also hypothetically hold a tight formation to render this advantage largely moot (cynos land capitals about 5 km from the beacon and you only need to be within 15km to be in capital energy transfer range)... the Nyxes get bonuses for shield reps which can be used to create a "shield buffer" until armor reps kick in... but then this would require that the Nyxes give up an energy transfer... Remote ECM Bursts don't affect Supercapitals (to my knowledge, someone may want to correct me on this) so that's a non-factor... both fleets can equip smartbombs to kill the fighterbombers... Nyxes can hold more [spare] Fighter Bombers than Aeons can...

It more or less looks like a stalemate as both sides have a huge amount of EHP to go through (allowing time for reps to cycle and move to the primaried ship) and neither side can "alpha" the other.

Another EFT-Whorrior:

Send in some Shield Supers, in fact, 30 Wyverns and 40 Hels (or was it 40 Wyverns 30 Hels?) and their combined SPIDAPOWA easily outreps the incoming damage of 100 Nyxes.

It will end in a stalemate because both sides will generously use smartbombs and all fighterbombers will die.

It doesn't matter because it could never happen.

You get that many carriers in one place the hotdrop cyno's will blot out the sun.

There have been battles involving around 80-90 supercarriers on each side. And nobody smaller is going to go balls-deep into something like that.

Oh yeah! 'wtf?!' vs 'roadkill'. Twohundred ships of those and the server will simply crash of the accumulated ugly.

100 nyxes vs 100 aeons will never happen without atleast a few titans on both sides to mix things up.
Also said titans will be primary over any super most likerly. So the ehp on the supercarriers wont matter too much before the titans are prob dead. on top of that carriers usually act as meatshield, specially triage carriers.

on a 100 vs 100 level Im not sure whats best,(its a lot of alpha) but in general aeons > nyxes for fleet fight. once your 30-40 vs 30-40 and its "semi tankable" and stuff isnt simply betting blapped Aeons circle jerk tank gonna win, a aeon got like 40-50% more ehp than a nyx, while loosing 25% dmg. .

tho its so many ifs and whats and other factor that plays in that its really hard to say anything honestly. the "fair" supercap fight rarly happens.

IIRC it requires a meta 12+ smartbomb to hit a FB because they orbit much farther then normal drones and normal fighters.

The ship being orbited by FB is not he only one that can smart bomb.
