Your kiting shield cane is using 220's instead of 425's ...

2 x LSE or LSE & Invuln is a more open debate .. but the lack of a damage control PLUS no EM rig means you have *zero* em resists at all

Yeah, you are missing probably the most common pvp fit for the cane

425's with 2 extenders
lows are 2 Gyro's, 2 TE's and either a nano or a suitcase
I use one EM rig and two extenders

Some use all extender rigs and one invuln but mine can't get neuted out. :)

Near instant locking. Useful against bombers, pods, ect... basically pop anything that lies on speed and getting into warp quickly as their defense before they can do it.
