What would a Logi 5 Character cost? Just one race spec'd? As the price i've seen people selling them for is around 1.5-2 bil. So please advise. As this is the first i've heard of it not cutting it.

Well to get a toon with the necessary skills to be an effective logi pilot you're looking about 6-7 million SP just for a dedicated logi toon with Logi V and the necessary tanking/capacitor/repair related skills maxed out. With that in mind, adding the cost for it being a completely focused toon, you're probably looking somewhere in the region of 3-5 billion isk.

Just want a toon with Logi 5. The shield/repping skills don't have to be @ lvl 5 themselves i can spend the time training those. Atleast level 4. I can polish off the lvl 5 skills. My thing is I want a toon that has logi 5. The other stuff is just a bonus.
