Heya man, I think my Corp, Khaos Unlimited might be just what you're looking for!

We hold bases in both Minmatar and Amarr space that are a jump or two away from Losec, meaning you'll never go wanting for fight, and our fighting doctrine specialises around cheap, low SP fits that are good enough to take down ships worth half a billion (http://youtu.be/Cz8ZpplPw38).

We also have a small Indy wing that builds all the ships we get blown up in that is paid favourable rates for the ships they provide, and if we cant build it and don't have it in our free access Corp hangar that gives our members access to free ships and modules on a regular basis, our close proximity to the local trade hubs help bridge the gap!

Our members are, as you specify, laid back and mature, and whilst listening to the FC on voice comms is preferable, sone of our best members operate purely by type, and as such, we really aren't bothered about whether your micced up or not!
