I am looking to attain a 30 million sp or higher pvp pilot that is capable of flying minmatar or amarr T3 or CS proficiently.

I do not care about the name, sec, standings.

I do care about the positive wallet.

Not quite the number of SPs you were looking for (has 27.5 million), but definitely flies a command ship (Sleipnir), espeically with an active tank (has lo-grade crystal implants).
