Idea: Synthetic Gravity Well

Recently a bit of discussion occurred around the idea of a 'wormhole stabilizer' that had some must needed criticism.

Going in a different direction that meets the needs of wormhole dwellers and CCP's desires within these spaces, along with the proposed iteration of wormhole space, I present:

The Synthetic Gravity Well

(rough draft of proposal with input from corp members)

A pos mod, or spatial placement unit that provides a small boost to the chance of incoming sigs/anoms/dynamic wormhole spawns by 'drawing' them in from other parts of space.

It could be considered analagous to the i-hub, but with a lower level of functionality that does not require a sov aspect.

The 'downside' aspect is the drawing of other wormhole statics to it at an increased rate (larger than the increase in anom/sig spawn potential generation), thereby creating more opportunities for conflict and loss.

This has the bonus of potentially redistributing signatures and anoms away from completely dead systems, to those more active while increasing the pvp and need for vigilance without an extensive overpowering distribution to any single wormhole space. It could be potentially limited by wormhole class space it is anchored in, and would be a significant investment, that is also always destructible without deleay / low reinforced availability timer.

The nature of a false grav well may also create localized effects while on grid with the module that exist within other wormholes, such as the black hole effect, the pulsar effect, the wolf rayet effect, without any predictability at random intervals affecting the attempts to damage or fight in and around these modules.

The potential for 2 or more modules to interact with each other raises the possibility of bridges forming between these 2 modules and associated space as these populations are actively looking for 'expanded opportunites'. such bridges are no more than standard wormhole spawns, but occur more often due to the use of the modules in both wormholes.

Interesting, but looks like it needs polishing. Wspace could use a bit of infrastructure.

Obviously wh spawns wouldn't be on grid with it or people would just sit there with pounce fleets.
