How do you unsubscribe to a thread?

I made the misstake of clicking subscribe to thread on one of my posts in a threadnaught. The result was the obvious 1030495983495 notifications about people posting in it.

How do I make it go away?

Not 100% on this but looks like, go to one of your posts in the thread. Click on edit, then lower left there is a check box "subscribe". Uncheck it and see what happens.

Just reply to the threadnaught and unclick the receive Notifications. It has always stopped them for me.
