So traders sit in station passing market chips back and forth

Everyone else just stockpiles there goods nearby till you get bored

You fail to realise it is NOT carebears who need to ship massive amounts of military equipment out

What you going to do hotdrop a titan and reinforce Jita 4-4 Roll

Actually I disagree. I believe it was actually Mittani in 2010 fanfest that argued for CCP to help with production slots in stations, making the point that if they ran every production slot in deklein for a month making ammo they would use it all up in 5 minutes.

Until goons start blowing up carebears en masse. There are currently no major threats in high security space. The goons have no problem (and have stated their intention to) blow up everything they can get their grubby little mits on.

Also what happens if these Mega rich traders just decide to keep all the military equipment in the warehouse for a month and only trade non volatiles, like ores and such

Then the 'Interdiction' s on you isn't it....

0.0 alliances are swimming in money. Hi-sec fortunes are nothing by comparison to all that moongoo and 0.0 ratting. Shockingly, they could just build all their own gear if you back out of the market. There are also many other trade hubs to avail themselves of.

Besides, lets not act like you won't take the isk if they come knocking.

I just happen to know that the goons don't give a ****. They measure success on how much they can troll and how much fun they had in the process. When an alliance measures its fortunes in trillions, a billion is a drop in the bucket. They have literally endless income. To act like dropping a few hundred mill for cheap battlecruisers is going to totally damage their wallet is just silly.
