I would like to mess with the carebears known as the incursion runners, preferably the ones who run vanguard sites. I know darius III had like an idea of ecm burst rifters, but would that really work? i have several alts for the job but i need your help with the method. I dont care about losing sec status or isk loss. Please provide some input or ideas on how to carry out my plan.

1) Hang out in the Incursion channels

2) Wardec the corps / alliances belonging to the "FCs."

3) Scout them out (not many places to look)

4) Shootify them

You can one-man-wardec them, this is quite effective. They will sometimes see it as a non-threat, then you just accept an alt into corp and shootify as appropriate.

Options 3 and 4 may not even be necessary, as most simply don't bother during a wardec.

You can also use hidden aggro timers and pass this onto the logi / anyone using rep drones then gank them, too.

I won't post the exact method to that, as they'd wise up (they're pretty much all idiots).

Actually, most of us are well aware of using can-flipping aggro instead of wardecs, or the "invite 30 people to your 1-man corp and wait until you're in fleet to accept all the applications" trick, as well as many others.

The only people you're going to catch off-guard are the careless and underinformed, and quite frankly OP other people with more resources than you have attempted the same thing before.

They ran out of alts.

It takes less resources to add you to the IFCC blacklist than it does for you to purchase a new alt to grief with.

Attrition = you lose.

But please do keep trying! Giggling at your failure helps break up the monotony of making billions of isk. Blink

if you plan on suiciding the Logi's, they tend to have at least 50-60k ehp, omni tanked.

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

Meh, stop worrying, incursion sites/vanguards are getting nerfed.
