Im currently training up three seperate characters on a new account for suicide Arti Thrashers and i intend to sit in Jita when the Goons strike and pop there clones after they have ganked. ill have lots of dessies in an Orca in a safe spot with a cloak and unload them as i need them.

Is this acceptable and not in any way alt recycling. I just need a confirmation.

Thanks for the help.

Meh, ganking empty goon clones that will just be in Jita anyway.
You are just making them go dock quicker.

You gonna' have fun trying to lock-and-pod before they get away. But it's totally not against the rules.

Fast track to piracy eh? I hope you realise that podding in high sec is a big hit on your sec status.

Let Doc Pok address this one. If they're dumb enough to telegraph their moves, it's okay for you to strategically take advantage of their blunder. One might consider what was mentioned before, in the spirit of McArthur - hit 'em where they ain't - they told you where they WILL be...kinda leaves their backdoor wide open, don't it?

The right to free speech doesn't automatically carry with it the right to be taken seriously.

Nothing like this is considered against the EULA unless it is adverse to Eve as a whole. A single incident of mass High sec griefing is nothing. An extended period is probably against the EULA though.

CCP always wanted to do something with corpses.

Yup

I'm not saying its absolute. But the when High Sec becomes a massive killing field, it more than likely considered exploiting game mechanics.

Edit: I know you were not around back then since you are only a 2011 player, but before trying to respond, do your homework.

The Yulai incident resulted in bannings only due to 2 factors. First, they took advantage of a game mechanic (remote reps not being flagged to concord), and secondly, failed to cease when notified to do so by a GM. The first was not the reason for the ban, the second was.

Forgive me if my memory is a little off on this......

Yep and that is why I said it's a maybe/possibility at this point. Massive high sec suicides for an extended period of time can be possibly considered exploiting a game mechanic. As for failing to cease after being ask to, we shall see.

Not saying its going to happen or not, just saying it can.
