Launcher, patching. CCP stop ignoring your customers!

CCP!
Could you somehow react to your paying customers demands?
Many players have problems with updating EVE every patch due to nonworking launcher!
Why we pay for game and every patch asking somebody on the forum to upload this .patch file?
What CCP is planning to do with this problem?
Why bughunters team don't want to work as thay must? I have problem with patching EVE since launcher introduction. I was create ticket. Bughunters answer was looks like "Logs shows no problem. It's a one time issue. Restart your launcher"!!! One time issue! Come one CCP. It's not funny!

If you can't reproduce our errors on you side - create launcher with much more verbose logging to investigate our issues.
If you can't for now resolve our problems - start uploading .patch files for us to manually patch our clients.
If you don't want to be "Game of the year" one more time - just say us about this and we will NOT vote for EVE Online next time. No problem!

CCP should respond to their paying customers because the paying customer is always right.
