I'm sure you wormhole enthusiasts know how profitable and easy to manage such a wormhole might be. It's completely clear of POSes etc and ready for new owners.

I will sell the location for a mere 500M. In the time that it takes you to find a similar unoccupied WH or clear an occupied one, you could have made much, much more.

Can use third party service if preferred.

are you sure? When I look at static mapper it shows likely static as B274 (HS), O477 (C3) and Y683 (C4) which is actually more than he has advertised.
