Mittani the Great claims that he will amass all the Goons to attack Jita once his ban is waived (30 days later).

This is the room of your opportunity! While all the Goons are in Jita, causing needless riot, all the alliances against Goons should declare war days in advance, and bring havoc to the Goons controlled system! Yes! Their empty systems!
