Why would there be any goon tears? What did CCP do that so crucially affects their influence with CCP?

The Mitani is off the CSM, sure, but he's only out of the spotlight now. Often times people get more work done in those circumstances.

They've no reason to be upset. This is more of a victory for them than anything.
