Character Bazaar

As the title suggests, I am looking for a maxed out toon on probing skills everything should be level 5. Also the toon should be able to run plex/explore in low/null sec so cloaking cov ops, etc. Ability to Fly and fit a good T3 is also something I'm looking for. Do not need Battleship or ships larger than t3 cruisers trained. Industry and science skills not related to probing are also not needed, however Hacking/Salvaging/Archaeology are good to have trained up. Do not have a set budget for purchase of the toon, if I see something I like with minimal wastage I will make an offer :).

Sec status should be above -2.0 and standings with main factions should not be so low as to hinder movement in empire. Please do not link me toons that do not have the skills that I have asked for, thank you!

Some skills I don't need, tad bit over what I want to pay for a scanning/plexing alt. If the price were a little lower or the pilot more focused in one race maybe, nice toon.

Ombaka is what you need - 9 bils its a good price for him. My price for saranor is 5 bils so i think you dont accept that. He is something like nyx sitter in hes own scan class and costs good money.

according to eve char appraiser he is 8.7B, and people always say that that is too low

8.5B is the lowest i will go, hence the 2 remaps
