Not true. In WoW anyway. You can't really stay out of "nasty PvP zones" past mid level 20s at most. Max level is 80 (or 85? been a while). Most people spend most of their time in "nasty PvP zones" in WoW.

have question.

IF ccp was able to not **** up in space, but got the incarna station game working, and lets say it's so good. you could just spend all day everyday only being a bartender.

Does this somehow take away from the sandbox because he can stay safe?

Or does it make the sandbox more awesome, because it's not like that person was ever going to play eve in the 1st place if not for this new role he can fill in the game world.

The world does not revolve around your style of play, that is the difference between a sandbox, and a game like wow.

9. People spend hours arguing over which mission gives the best loyalty points.

8. People spend half their forum time screaming for someone in CCP to nerf those evil pirates.

7. The only ships CCP introduce to the game are so expensive that only a maniac would take them into PVP and not even he would be aggressive with it.

6. People are still screaming about war decs instead of dealing with the war dec corps themselves.

5. 10 Years later CCP still hasn't figured out how to fix sovereignty, create player kingdom borders or do anything to facilitate player created content but they have figured out how to get rid of all risk in empire.

4. The market still centers around a single clogged system in high sec. (So the move from Yulai to Jita worked out well didn't it ? LOL)

3. Although CCP can't figure out how to un-nerf 0.0 space, they did figure out how to let you walk in a space station so you can look cool.

2. There is actually a market panel for people to buy things to accessorize their character.

And the top sign that Eve has become WOW in space.

1. There is, no joke, an "EPIC Mission" panel in the interface. I wonder what the stats are on the reward sword?

10. This is a fact in all MMORPGs. People generally like to stay where it's safe, it's in our nature.

9. Correction; they argue over ISK per Hour

8. All video game forums consist of 90% whining. Even ones completely unrelated to MMORPGs. Forums attract whiners because people think that the game developers will actually take the time to read every complaint.

7.This just proves you don't know what you are talking about. Titans, the most expensive ships in the game are being used like really expensive battleships these days. The fact that people are using them to hotdrop a few battlecruisers shows how little they care about risking losing them.

6. I don't think WoW has a game verified war system.

5. CCP doesn't run WoW. WoW also doesn't have sovereignty. If your going to compare two things you should at least know what one of the things you are comparing entails.

4. WoW doesn't have a player owned economy. Yulai and Jita aren't locations in WoW either (the lawyers would of jumped on that years ago if that was the case)

3. You can walk in about a million other games. I guess they are all trying to become like WoW

2. We can accessories our ships too (T3 subsystems) guess that means we are turning into WoW...

1. The fact that you associate the word "Epic" with World of Warcraft probably means you like the game.

0/10 Either a really bad troll or a total moron.

Watch_ Fred Fred Frederation_ and stop cryptozoologist! Fight against the brutal genocide of fictional creatures across New Eden! Is that a metaphor? Probably not, but the fru-fru- people will sure love it!

10. Not really. Some do, but that has always been the case.

9. As they have always argued.

8. As has always been the case.

7. You mean like the tier 3 battlecruisers, that are massively popular and cheap to use?

6. As has always been the case.

5. Except we have player made empires and have had them soon after the game launched. The only thing really safer in highsec today is CCP stopped policing the wardec loopholes and that will be coming to an end with the new wardec system.

4. What's the problem? We chose it, it's good for buyers and sellers and the lag is gone. You still have regional hubs, but rare items and bulk purchases work better with a central market hub.

3. Seems more like a case of don't want to do it or don't want to focus on it right now. 0.0 has gotten a lot of attention for good and bad in recent years. It needs it, but there are other areas that need it just as badly and you can't do it all.

2. Not the best implementation, but you've got to sell those items somehow. Or are you complaining about the fact we are allowed to buy clothing at all?

1. How else are people going to know about or keep track of those arcs? Surely you aren't suggesting, that the best similarity you could come up with was that both games utilize the word epic in describing part of their content.

I don't expect you to like the game and you've always been a bit thin skinned and easy to agitate, so your threads tend to turn to crap pretty quickly. You could still put the minimum amount of effort in your critique and complaints, instead of relying on blatant trolling and lying to make your point. It just makes you seem silly and easy to ignore, since you don't really have anything to stand on.

When they introduce walking in stations I am gonna find and hug you.

10. Battlegrounds and Arenas are very popular. On PVP servers, EVERYWHERE is a PVP zone except the cities and noob zones. (last I checked, haven't played WoW for 4+ years).

9. In WoW people just run dungeons and have fun. WoW dungeons actually require strategy and cooperation. They require knowledge of game mechanics and class skills. The more advanced dungeons require trial and error and many deaths to perfect the technique of running them.

8. Pirates in WoW are fine.

7. People take their best gear into PVP in WoW.

6. Alliance and Horde are always at war in WoW.

5. In WoW, capturable territory is fine and a lot of people enjoyed it.

4. In WoW, there are 3 markets and they're all fine.

3. In WoW you can walk around wherever you want. Both sides can take advantage of the high level end game territory.

2. Everyone hates real-money accessories.

1. WoW epic mission arcs can be pretty fun.

Stop being so jelly of WoW.
