Edit: Actually Two step will be a good chair, it's just sad our dear leader is out of the CSM at the benefit of Riverini.

Actually, as per the CSM whitepaper, the remaining CSM representatives must elect an alternate chairman in this case. Two Step will not be automatically chair even if he had the second most votes. Of course, they could elect to just do it that way, but the procedure is different from how the original chair is chosen.

This is a poor idea and a revote is clearly in order.
