Petition has been filed, Character was never transferred as info and isk was sent over 10 hrs ago, and now I have decided to transfer a character as I believed I would not receive this character and I look to have the isk refunded.

like i stated previously im more than happy to transfer the character as soon as your other character transfer finishes .
But i cannot refund the ISK cause ive allready purchased a new character with it and i just dont have it anymore.

Isk should not have been spent before you transferred the character to its new owner, as you cannot have both the character and isk.

I'll be going to sleep now and I have filed a petition stating the issue at hand and hopefully CCP will resolve the issue one way or another.

im transfering you the character as soon as you get your other character transfer finished ( in 10 hours )
since i cannot transfer you the character since your allready in transfer with the same account.

he did not get the character, and you are not supposed to spend it before he gets the character sent, no matter what comes up.. Always have enough to refund if they want it.. tisk tisk.
