There is a difference.

Some one who legally attacks, or, as some call it, 'griefs' another toon should not be synonomous with a 'cyber bully'

Its are watering down actual cyberbullying and overreacting to the an MMO.

Bullying actually has to be an action against someones actual PERSONAGE, (caps for emphasis lol), not their EVEO toon.

People who are calling this the same thing should probably take a break. Actions in an MMO against a character should have NO effect on your 'RL', if they do, you should quit this game now, and go outside.

Also, maybe this was hit on before, I havent read the full threadnaught, but has there been presented-

Any proof

-of the supposed victims mental condition?

Until I see a link to a MDs diagnosis then how much should the community put stock in something someone said?

If I say the same thing, will people just believe me implicitly?

Its not like an EVE player has EVER manipulated his way to fame/fortune.

Yes I am that cynical.

Thoughts? (PLEASE comment about my CAPS USAGE)

There are plenty of other threads about this topic already. Please use those and stop cluttering up General Discussion which already has a low signal to noise ratio as it is.

NO DIAF you who say there are enough threads on this. This is what happens when nerds get self-righteous and start white-knighting for some dude they don't know who actually has said he doesn't even care.

Bump and bump again.

I hope General Discussion is clogged for the next week with garbage like this.

Which is why I'm not whiteknighting for some emo kid.

Im just trying to seperate a discussion on the subject of the difference, so people might stop the save-the-emo threads.. It seems Ill just be forced to go read all the 'yes/no Mitts is bad' threads, lol.

Oh welll, I tried.
