[WTB] Caldari PVE Char

Nothing overly fancy required, looking at around the 10-15mil sp mark, however must have the following:

Drake Pilots:

Battlecruiser IV with T2 Heavy Missiles (minimum)
Full T2 fittings

Raven Pilots:

Battleship IV with Cruise Missile IV (minimum)
Full T2 fittings

Tengu Pilots:

Subsystems at IV with T2 Heavy Missiles (minimum)

Mandatory for all:

Solid engineering, electronics, nav and missile support skills (ideally at IV)

Substantial budget to cover what im looking for.

seems to be what your after - with the exception of the tengu all subsystems trainable to IV @ 15h -19h each
