Chat / Fleet invites dialog automatically receiving focus - undesired results

Has this never happened to you?

Here you are, casually chatting with a bunch of mates.
You're just finishing a chat line, about to hit that ENTER key, and -blam- someone tosses you a chat invite.

The invite dialog pops up and receives focus automatically, doing the following:
1) anything you try to type in chat goes to the invite dialog window. Unfortunately, it does not care about what you say. Roll
2) if you accidentally hit ENTER before noticing that invite dialog, god knows what that actually does to the invite. Ugh

Sound familiar?
It sucks.

Simple suggestion:
Remove the automatic focus from any invites!

I know this is not a bug. But it's still bugging me, and probably many other players who rely on text chat rather than voice.

Please refrain from posts telling me to pay better attention when chatting. Thanks.
