Dear Mr. Duck.

How are you? I am fine. I wished to reply to your wonderful trolling EVEMail saying, and I quote:

"Hmmmm?"

I presume part of the message was in the subject, "You still mocking?", but this would be a violation of good email etiquette and I know a fine outstanding gentleman such as yourself would never do such a thing.

However, I did discover a small problem in your evemail. When I went to reply to it, I got the following popup:

"This notification message is subject to a CSPA service charge of 2950 ISK, which you must accept to complete the invitation.

According to the CONCORD Spam Prevention Act, all communication initiations between parties that have not explicitly whitelisted each other through the use of an access control list shall be subject to a configurable service fee which shall be collected by the Fluid comm operator."

As you probably are not aware, having not actually played this game outside of using a bot in a significant amount of itme, the CSPA service charge is designed to keep spam from perpetuating through the game. As such it is vital to keeping the game safe for all players, young and old. However, I see no reason why I should spend other's hard earned isk (it's quite amazing, if you ask nicely, they just give it to you) to send you a letter.

In order to fix this and allow me to send my nice reply of "Bite me, Dough-boy" you will need to perform the following actions (stolen shamelessly from the Goonfleet Wiki):

1. Open EVE mail by clicking on the letter icon.
2. Click on the small white triangle next to the Eve Mail window title
3. Select settings
4. Enter 0 in the CSPA Charge field
5. Click "Apply". The Window will close and the CSPA charge will be disabled.

I look forward to your assistance in this matter, so I may properly tell you to get stuffed post haste.

Sincerely,
Xython

I approve of your apology and find that the CSM should resign over this person having a CSPA charge.

Hold on to your hooves, I am about to be BRILLIANT!

:)

Feeling kinda stupid now eh?

I mean, you did make a fool out of yourself in the Mittani thread. At least I said that I told you so in private.

Also, what the hell is an 'extordinare'?

Not at all good sir! I am still laughing out loud at the festing pubbie morons. Like yourself, just to use an off the cuff example.

Mittani, CEO of our Hearts, apologized for going too far. He showed in a single moment more class than 99% of the playerbase, especially the 0.0001% who would use faux outrage over a drunken suicide joke as a weapon in a personal vendetta.

You might want to turn off your CSPA charge before someone with mental issues commits suicide over this.

Hold on to your hooves, I am about to be BRILLIANT!

Also, what makes it particularly delicious is that I had to spend 2950 isk to send it to you :)

As for you still laughing out loud after your humilation...well, I can't stop people who lost from feeling they won. Delusional people are surprisingly common.

Humiliation?

Our CEO apologizes, and we're... humiliated?

And it had damn well better not be 2950, I set it to a few million after Trebor spammed the entirety of EVE to vote for him.

You also must realize, good sir, that the Mittani may not be your CEO soon. It is very possible he will be permabanned.

Honestly, I hope not. It is more interesting with him around.

You're delusional. You're not like, getting off on all this "Oh god, punish that bad man Mr. CCP" style crap, are you?

As I said in that thread...the only thing I have faith on in this world is the over-reaction of PC-ness.

I say odds 50-50 of permaban for Mittani.

As for delusional, it is 1-0 since you were the delusional one in the Mittani thread.

How does him apologizing change anything I said earlier? Or anything about the situation? He's still CSM Chair with the biggest mandate in the history of EVE.

CCP isn't going to ban the CEO of the biggest player group in the game who also happens to write a collum about the game for Ten Ton and is ... lets say "tolerated" by a huge chunk of the playerbase.

In short, keep dreaming, and keep your hands where we can see them, you pervert.

Dude he is not on the CSM anymore.

I don't think you understand the full impact of what he did nor do you understand the way the winds are blowing here in the USA about this sort of thing.

There is still the possibility that the Mittani could lose his career and even possibly go to prison for this. Do you not understand this?

Ok, I'm pretty much done with your ******** autistic ass, but let me explain a few things for you:

1. He's still on the CSM. Both of them! And there's nothing you can do about it.
2. He hasn't resigned, nor do I think he will.
3. He's retired, so he has no "career" to lose.
4. The fact that you are honestly suggesting that he may go to prison for making a drunken joke at a video game forum in motherfucking ICELAND, well...

5. You're a complete and utter moron, you understand this, yes?
