Some random DUST questions

I can't find a DUST forum so I figured I'd just ask here! Besides, it's better than reading yet another thread about Mittani, right?

1) Can I give my DUST character a giant pile of ISK to help him get started?

2) Related to #1, can I then trade that giant pile of ISK to DUST players not fortunate enough to have a well-established main in EvE for whatever the RMT currency is going to be?

3) How will my DUST character get around? Will he just clonejump everywhere? Will I have to cart him around Stain in my Prowler? Can I scam DUST players into climbing aboard my ship and then threaten to jettison them into space if they don't pay a ransom? Pirate

4) Will DUST and EvE players be able to interact face-to-face via WiS?

5) What happens when you are in a dread getting ready to fire on a planet and 2000 people warp to you can cause the system to time dilate? What happens on the ground in DUST? Is the strike delayed too? Are the DUST people on the same TQ node as the star system the eve people are in, and will DUST merc play become laggy?

Signatures should be used responsibly...

This is what i'm wondering. It seems all the WIS stuff was originally meant for Eve, but now being used in DUST instead. DUST players will have access to the station while we're all locked in our CQ's it seems right now. I really hope the winter expansion is WIS-themed...

Dust has a "war room" outside of their own CQ room. Likely not even half of what they really want for EVE. Yet since they are in the same stations as us, eventually we will meet them.

Winter expansion is the moongoo ring mining harvesting expansion. Then a industry creation expansion then likely back for another round of destruction expansion.
Although Incarna is on the back burner for the foreseeable future as a main project, they have kept a small team to work on avatars a little bit every expansion. Such as machinima animations and tattoo sleeves etc.
