I would use:

as a rough estimate of what you would probably want to make your reserve price. I think people who use that tool as an Actual Price Estimator just say its right cause they want a good deal or to resell the character. Ultimately price is dependent on what you want for it, so long as its desired and you can wait for the right buyer.

Now if your looking for a fast sale then you are probably going to sell to a reseller and at this point using the above tool is probably your best bet.

Issues I see with gemblog are it doesn't take into account other jump clones, NPC Standings and most importantly the implants you have in your head fully. It only displays the 1-5 slots and the money is actually in the 6-10 implant slots.
