Hi all,

It has come to our attention that users on Intel HD family GPUs may experience corruption of UI elements in the form of red colouring/pixelation:

We have a temporary workaround:
1. Open the EVE launcher.
2. Click on the cog icon at the top right to open the launcher settings window.
3. Navigate to the DirectX tab.
4. Click on the dropdown and select DX9 instead of DX11.
5. Launch your client.
6. Verify that the corruption is not present.

If you are affected by this, please start posting your card's model and driver details from a DXDIAG to aid in our investigation.

-Getting DXDIAG information-
1. Open windows start menu, type DXDIAG and press ENTER.
2. Click on the Display tab and note down your Device Name, Driver Version and Date.
3. Post those details here.

Thanks for your help in this matter,

Sledge.

2 year old video driver might also play a part. Why not update?
