So...let me get this straight?

In turn, this allows us to change several points:

Allow Starbases to be anchored anywhere in high-security space and without standing requirements (minus some protected solar systems, like Jita or new player starting systems of course).

I just want to be 100% sure on this. In the summer expansion I don't need standings to shove a POS in highsec AND I don't need to have it tied to a moon?

Also, if the not being tied to a moon thing is true. Along with the lack of standings needed, does this apply to nullsec? I hope that its carefully looked into so nullsec bloc and dump a POS into anyt system they choose.

You'll still need a moon, by "anywhere" we mean anywhere in the security band, including solar systems that were previously restricted, like 0.8-1.0.

Thanks for the quick reply!!!

Is there something in place that'll prevent people from dumping POSs everywhere on day 1 and just abandoning them?

Is there something in the works for removing a abandoned highsec POS without wardeccing its owner?

Also, can you give a list of "Protected" systems?

I've stated this before in my campaign, and I'll say it again here!

After X days (I say 7-10) after the POS has been without fuel. The POS in question model will change to make it look abandoned. At that point, you can use the Hacking minigame to hack and "Highjack" the POS in question...
